CCTV-20 Tape Duplication Service
Copies of televised public meetings may be obtained by contacting CCTV at 623-1090.
There is a $15.00 processing charge for each VHS tape required. Two hours of taping in SP mode or 6 hours of taping in EP mode will fit on a 120VHS.
You can also view video clips of archived meetings online.
Do allow staff sufficient time to make your copy(ies). Each copy is recorded in "real time". Allow us 2-3 working days to make you a duplicate copy.
We'll phone you when it's ready for pick up. After you have been notified that your tape is ready, simply come by and pick up it.
We are located in the Charlotte County Administration Building located at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, FL 33948. The Communications & Marketing office is located on the 1st floor, Suite B-109.
