Application Packages - 2008 Price Index Applications are now available

Important dates:

Certification for the Private-for-profit water & wastewater utilities is now August 12, 2008.

Filing deadline for the grandfather application, regulatory assessment fee, and annual financial report was May 30, 2008.

Utilities not meeting the May 30th deadline or filing incomplete applications may receive certification at a later date.
