Family Services Center - Facility Rentals

Looking for space for your organization’s next meeting?   Need office space in Port Charlotte?  The Family Services Center has an auditorium and conference room available to rent for meetings and social functions.  We also lease office space to non-profit organizations that provide community services to Charlotte County residents.

Leased Office Space

The Family Services Center provides office space to non-profit organizations at a reasonable monthly rental rate.  Our tenants enjoy the added benefit of inter-agency referrals onsite providing a much more streamlined access to services for their clients.  In order to be considered for tenancy at the Family Services Center, the application below must be completed and returned to the Center Manager.  Once the application has been received it will be reviewed by staff and by the Center’s advisory board.  The final tenant approval will be from the Board of County Commissioners. 

FSC Affiliate Program

This program was established to assist regional and small non-profits that serve Charlotte County.  The affiliate program creates a “virtual” office for your organization giving you the benefits of affiliation with our center without the ongoing overhead of a physical location.  FSC Affiliates will be small, 501(c)(3) organizations which are volunteer run or have minimal staff support.  Affiliates may also be a branch office of an organization based elsewhere, or even a coordinating office of a collaborative project between two or more organizations.

Benefits

  • FSC mailing address with mailbox in the building
  • Fax, copier and postage mailing privileges with billing in arrears based on usage
  • Use of FSC conference rooms for up to 2 times monthly on a space available basis

Rates

The FSC Affiliates Program fee is $50 per month, paid in advance each month.  All FSC Affiliates sign a one-year contract.

Eligibility

Interested non-profits are selected for the program through an application process. Affiliates must have their 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Affiliates are encouraged to attend quarterly FSC Tenant Advisory Council Meetings to ensure good communication with FSC staff, tenants and other FSC Affiliates as well.
