The mission of Charlotte County’s Human Services is to identify community needs and services; seek and utilize available resources to satisfy unmet needs; build community partnerships; provide, coordinate and evaluate programs and services; provide information, education and outreach to the public; and advocate on behalf of those who are most in need and vulnerable.
