If you'd like to learn more, please contact the Historical Center at 941.629.PAST (7278).

CCHC Society Volunteer Corps - Over 500 wonderful CCHC Society volunteers donated 5800 hours to assist the small professional staff with all aspects of planning and presenting historical programs, preparing exhibits and staffing special projects and fundraising events in fiscal year 2008. Some folks donate their sewing and carpentry skills, for example, and others help with annual events and fundraisers.

Volunteers who are available on weekdays meet for lunch bi-monthly on the fourth Friday. Can you join us? Find out how you can join our Volunteer Corps by calling the Historical Center at 941.629.PAST (7278).
