Manasota and Sandpiper Key Advisory Committee

In response to the recent advisory committee meeting on July 15, 2009 and the resulting coverage in the local newspapers, the community has expressed interest in reviewing the overlay code to assure fairness to all property owners who wish to improve their property.  The following presentations were made at the July 15 advisory committee meeting.

Meetings are held every first and third Wednesday of the month, 9:30 am at the Club House in Englewood Beach Villas.
